Are You Digging Your Grave With Your Teeth?

How you die is digging you’re deeper and deeper into an early grave.

Let’s start by asking the question: Are You Digging Your Grave With Your Teeth? I learned in junior high that live amino acids are the building blocks of life and that the body needs essential fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals to maintain health and produce energy.  After that revelation, I ran home and planted a vegetable garden because our diet consisted of dead meat, white rice and canned vegetables.

As I struggled to incite change at home, I realized that the anthropologist Margaret Mead was right when she stated that it is “easier to get people to change their religion than to change their diet.” The problem is that most people’s minds are not logical, pragmatic nor practical when it comes to food; intensely pleasurable emotions are attached to eating.  In fact, the most intimate relationship in many people’s lives is their love affair with food.  Food, as a surrogate lover, however, becomes deadly when the diet consists of devitalized food, which explains why “when it comes to eating, humans are the dumbest animals on the planet” (ravediet.com). My junior high science teacher was right: “we are digging our graves with our teeth.”

Energy is measured in Megahertz (MHz).  Processed, over cooked and canned foods have 0 MHz. Handbook for the New Paradigm states that “the normal vibratory rate of a human body has been determined to be between 62 and 68 MHz. The brain functions optimally between 72 and 90 MHz. When the body vibration lowers to 58 MHz, it can “catch a cold;” at 57 MHz the flu; 55 MHz candida, 52 MHz Epstein Barr; 42 MHz cancer and at 25 MHz death begins.” As the vibratory rate lowers, the brain synapses become impaired. Low fat/high sugar carbohydrate diets starve brain cells. Sugar substitutes destroy nerve endings.

To thrive, disease needs an acidic pH condition. When the body becomes too acidic you die. All meats, dairy products, processed foods, over cooked foods and most bottled waters are acidic.  Fresh fruits and vegetables, raw seeds and nuts, and sprouted grains are alkaline.

Studies have proven that those who eat less and are at or below the Mass Body Index for their height live 30% longer. That’s a pretty high incentive to cultivate a conscious choice to eat more live, alkaline foods that produce energy and nourish life.
